Central New York is no stranger to breweries, spirits, or golf courses – With 29 public golf courses within 29 minutes, the 8th largest craft brewery in the nation, and a distillery producing award winning hand-crafted spirits using locally grown New York State corn. We’ve combined these into a three-day itinerary that’s sure to keep your taste buds exploding and your golf game top-notch.

Day 1

Day 2

  • Morning round at at Valley View Golf Course, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones designed golf course owned & operated by the city of Utica.
  • Lunch at Nail Creek Pub & Brewery, Varick Street, Utica. Indulge in uniquely crafted Belgian-style beers.
  • Head to the F. X. Matt Brewery (Saranac Brewery) for a tour and tasting. Behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process, learn about the history of the brewery. Make sure to schedule a tour in advance!
  • Stop by Bagg’s Square Brewing Company, located across from the historic Union Station in Utica. German-style beers & food with great outdoor seating and a beautiful indoor space.
  • Dinner and cocktails at Ocean Blue Restaurant (roofdeck views!) and overnight in Utica.
