Day 1

Adirondack Distilling Company, Utica, a double gold medal award winning distillery, specializes in Vodka, filtered with genuine Herkimer Diamonds, Gin, White Whisky, and Bourbon.  (

Tour F X Matt Brewery, Utica; the 2nd oldest family-owned brewery in the nation and brewer of the award-winning Saranac brands. Be sure to head upstairs to the 1888 Tavern for a pint. (

Head over to Woodland Hop Farm and Fermentation, Utica, our newest craft brewery and taproom, praised for unique flavor combinations, barrel aged beers, cask ales, and new beers released weekly! (

Enjoy the evening at Mohawk Valley Winery, Utica, an urban winery with an upscale and cozy appeal. Enjoy wine by the glass, bye the bottle, and wine on tap! (

Day 2

Prospect Falls Winery, Prospect, offers an Adirondack-themed winery featuring a wide array or white and red wines from dry to semi-sweet, to bold, full bodied reds.
