The Hatchery has been providing fish to over 350 public waters for over 75 years. The facility hatches out more than 1 million Brown and Brook trout eggs annually, raises them to about 8-9 inches long, then stocks them in rivers, streams, lakes, and ponds in 11 counties in New York State. The Hatchery is open daily (9:00am-3:45pm)and has a new visito's center with information about the Hatchery's history and fish culture.
