We are a milk producers co-operative. We pick up the milk from the farms and deliver it to the plants. The co-op is owned and run by farmers in Oneida and Madison Counties. The Cheese store was originally opened for the convenience to the farms and they decided to open it up to the public. Any profits in the store are divided up amongst our dairy farmers at the end of the year.
