NYS Maple Weekend
March 21-22 & March 28-29 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Statewide
Mark your calendars! The annual New York State Maple Weekends are back to celebrate the sweet tradition of pure maple syrup production. Join farms across the state on March 21-22 and March 28-29, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM (check for individual farm exceptions) for a taste of agri-tourism at its finest.
Check out the full list of locations participating in the 2026 New York State Maple Weekends, or preview how you can experience the magic of maple production in Oneida County:
- Shaw’s Maple Products (Clinton): Annual pancake breakfast (9 am-1 pm), maple ice cream bars, and fresh cider donuts. Free sugarhouse tours and product samples until 4 PM.
- Tibbits Maple (New Hartford): Free tours and samples showcasing the process from tree to table. Pure maple products available for purchase.
- VVS FFA Maple Weekend (VVS HS Gym, March 28-29): Enjoy a pancake breakfast (7:30 PM-12 PM), a free Sap House Tour (9 AM-1 PM), and the official Maple Tree Tapping Ceremony (Sunday, 11 AM). Adult admission is $12.

Food + Art Unite

Witness the celebration of Central New York’s cultural heartbeat at the third annual Food + Art Unite.
This immersive afternoon features something for the entire family, including tasting stations from over a dozen local restaurants serving Lebanese, Ecuadorian, and Italian cuisine, among other local favorites—complemented by live multicultural music and performances in the beautiful Root Sculpture Court at the Munson Museum of Art.
