Get ready for an adventure millions of years in the making—dinosaurs have officially arrived at the Utica Zoo! Running through October 19, the Dino Discovery exhibit invites visitors to travel back in time for a journey into the prehistoric era.
This internationally acclaimed exhibit is one of the zoo’s most ambitious and immersive experiences to date, featuring more than 15 life-size animatronic dinosaurs found throughout the zoo. The dinosaurs come to life with realistic movements, roars, and even water-spraying effects, bringing the Jurassic era to vivid reality for guests of all ages.
But Dino Discovery is more than just an exhibit— it’s an experience. In addition to the animatronics, the zoo offers daily dinosaur presentations, educational programming, and a calendar full of themed events throughout the season.
