Oktoberfest in Oneida County!
I think we can all agree that the past five months have been anything but normal. From completely shutting down our cities and towns to watching our restaurants and breweries rebound through creativity, it’s safe to say we live in a great area. A few years ago, we launched the Heart of New York Beverage Trail that features our local breweries and wineries. As the year goes on, these small businesses continue to impress us by holding amazing events while requiring safety protocol.
This coming weekend is a busy one in Oneida County as several of these spots are hosting Oktoberfest-themed events. Check out the list below and plan your visits! If you’re unfamiliar with the Beverage Trail, you can visit each spot on the trail and get your card punched. Once you complete the trail, you’ll receive a t-shirt! As always, we ask that you drink and travel responsibly. If you plan to visit a couple locations, get a DD or hire a driver! Prost!
@Woodland Farm Brewery, 11am-10pm
The Cask Ale Festival but with a 2020 twist. Woodland believes beer lovers should still be able to enjoy cask ale on a nice fall day! While they can’t hold their typical festival, they want to keep the spirit alive. Stop by all day on Saturday to try a handful of casks available from their own cellar and some of their good friends. No tickets required and no need to come all at once! Beers will be available throughout the entire day and food will be available to order while you sip your brews!
Copper City Fall Festival

There will also be some great background music compliments of Nash Robb!
