Our nation’s 22nd and 24th President, Grover Cleveland, lived in Fayetteville, Clinton, and Holland Patent, New York before going on to his presidency. Local historian Wade Lallier will discuss President Cleveland’s connections to central New York, sharing facets of Cleveland’s life up to his trip to Clinton, NY for the village centennial. This program takes place in the History Center's main gallery on Saturday, February 16 starting at 1:00 PM.
Wade Allen Lallier, a resident of Deansboro, holds a bachelor's degree in social studies from Syracuse University. He is president of the Clinton Historical Society and author of Chenango Canal: The Million Dollar Ditch.
