Our bed and breakfast offers a private getaway in the country- surrounded by nature.  It’s perfect to use as a base to explore all that the surrounding area offers – active sports, sightseeing, historical sites, museums, theaters, antiquing -or to simply kick back relax and enjoy the pleasures of the home or large park-like backyard.

 Just minutes away are golf courses. Groomed trails for x-country skiing or snowshoeing, trails for ATV’s, 3 major snowmobile trail systems (travel from here to Canada!)  swim, fish, canoe, kayak, or bring your larger boat to enjoy. Take advantage of the sports equipment available for guests’ use-bike, canoe, kayak pr toboggans and snow tubes for fun on the hills in the backyard. A campfire pit and BBQ grill are also available for guests’ uses as well as kitchen facilities for fixing meals other than breakfast.

 Our delicious breakfasts always include: juice, coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit, homemade pastries, eggs, waffles, French toast or pancakes. Hot and cold cereal is always available and we of course cater to special dietary needs. Families enjoy staying here then venturing just half an hour to Water Safari Park and the other tourist adventures of Old Forge and the North Country. Active couples appreciate the sports involvement. It’s a perfect place for a romantic getaway or a chance to simply escape one’s normal routine and responsibilities for a time.
