The Erie Canal Cycling Trail in Oneida County starts in the western part near Sylvan Beach - east thru Rome and continues to Utica. The trail then pick up Bike Route 5 to continue East. Local Maps for the trail can be found at or go to www.hocts.org and use Bicylcle and Pedestian maps Sections M-1, J-1, J-2. K-1 and O-1.
